Ingredients

  • 2 tsp dried Astragalus Root – boosts immunity and strengthens energy

  • 1 tsp dried Dandelion Root – supports liver detox and digestion

  • 1 tsp dried Burdock Root – blood purifier and skin support

  • ½ tsp Cinnamon Chips – improves circulation and balances blood sugar

  • ½ tsp Ginger Root – aids digestion and adds warmth

  • 1 tsp Elderberries – antiviral and immune-boosting

  • 1–2 tsp Raw Honey (optional, added after steeping) – soothing and antimicrobial

  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Add all herbs (except honey) into a small pot with the water.

  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20–30 minutes to extract the roots and berries fully.

  3. Strain into a mug or glass jar.
