A Gentle Reset: When Your Body Asks for Care

Sometimes our bodies don’t shout  they whisper. A little fatigue here, digestive discomfort there, or that feeling of being “off” without knowing exactly why. That’s usually the moment people reach out to me.

Recently, someone joined one of my free consultations feeling run down, bloated, and overwhelmed. No major illness, no medication  just a body asking for a reset. Life had been busy, meals were rushed, stress was constant, and self-care had slowly moved to the bottom of the list.
