Jessica’s Story: How a Simple Free Consultation Helped Her Understand Her Hormones Naturally
Last week, during one of my free Google Meet consultations, I met Jessica for the first time. The moment she turned her camera on, she smiled shyly and said, “Hi… I’m Jessica.”
I could tell right away she was tired—mentally and physically—because she had been struggling for a long time.
Jessica opened up to me about her menstrual cycle.
Her periods had been delayed for two to three months at a time, and when they did come, she said the pain was almost unbearable. She didn’t want to take pain relievers anymore, and she felt stuck.
On top of that, she had been dealing with acne on her face, body, and back, along with mood swings and stress. All classic signs of hormonal imbalance.
As she spoke, she kept apologizing, saying she didn’t know what else to do. I reminded her gently that many women go through this—she wasn’t alone, and there is a natural way to support the body.
The First Step: Looking at Lifestyle
I asked her about her eating habits, and she admitted with a laugh,
“I love cakes… I love cupcakes. I really do.”
I explained how sugar is one of the biggest triggers for hormonal imbalance and acne.
When sugar spikes go up and down, the hormones follow—and the skin reacts.
She listened carefully as I told her that even a single change, like reducing sugar intake, can make a noticeable difference within two weeks. The body needs time to adjust, detox, and rebalance.
The Herbs I Recommended
Once we talked about lifestyle, I introduced her to a few herbs that could support her naturally:
1. Moringa (The Miracle Tree)
I explained how moringa is packed with vitamins A, C, and zinc, and how it helps regulate hormones.
I also told her that I personally grow my own moringa trees, harvest the leaves, dry them, and package them myself. Jessica was surprised and excited—she said she didn’t even know where to get real moringa leaves.
2. Red Clover
I shared something very personal with her—how I’m a breast cancer survivor, and how red clover has been one of the herbs that helped me through my healing journey.
Red clover is powerful for hormone balance and women’s wellness.
Jessica’s face softened when I shared that. She said,
“As women, we’re always scared of breast cancer or cysts. This really helps me understand why I need something natural.”
3. Parasite Cleanse + Liver Cleanse
I explained how parasites feed on sugar, and how a cleanse can help reset the body.
Then, a follow-up liver cleanse using burdock root and dandelion root helps flush and clean the liver so hormones can regulate better.
She listened carefully and said,
“I don’t know anything about herbs… thank you for explaining this.”
She Finally Felt Hope Again
By the end of our call, Jessica looked relieved.
Not overwhelmed… but hopeful.
She told me she would try the moringa and red clover, cut down her sugar, and come back after her next cycle so we could review her progress.
I sent her my website, MrsHolistic.com, where she can find the herbs and blends I shared with her.
Before we ended the call, she smiled and said,
“It’s been a year of suffering… I finally feel like I have a starting point.” And that’s why I offer these free consultations—so women like Jessica can finally understand their bodies again. naturally and gently
